Dear Pakistani’s
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated August 19, 2024 “On the provision of humanitarian aid to persons in accordance with enlightened traditional spiritual and moral values” 2 As per (a), foreign countries are being listed for which special privileges may be available under Russian visa.
Applications under the fast-track system for permits in the Russian Federation cannot be accepted until their official publication and legal approval.

ہم آپ کی توجہ اس بات کی طرف مبذول کروانا چاہتے ہیں کہ 19 اگست 2024 کو جاری کیے گئے روسی فیڈریشن کے صدارتی فرمان ” روسی روایتی روحانی اور اخلاقی اقدار کے ساتھ موافقت رکھنے والے افراد کو انسانی امداد فراہم کرنے کے بارے میں” کی شق 2(اے) کے مطابق، ان غیر ممالک کی فہرست تیار کی جا رہی ہے جن کے شہری خصوصی مراعات کے تحت روسی ویزا حاصل کرنے کے اہل ہو سکتے ہیں۔
اس کی باضابطہ اشاعت اور قانونی طور پر نفاذ ہونے تک ، روسی فیڈریشن میں عارضی رہائش کے اجازت نامے کے لیے فاسٹ ٹریک سسٹم کے تحت درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
